AWA MUHINDI – SENIOR ASSOCIATE

He specialises in dispute resolution and litigation, corporate & commercial transactions, infrastructure projects & finance matters. Awa has helped a wide range of individual and corporate clients in prosecuting and defending claims in the High Court, Industrial Court and Magistrate’s Courts as well as Statutory Tribunals at various stations across Kenya.

Awa has experience in the fields of civil, commercial and criminal litigation, alternative dispute resolution, immigration law, constitutional, public and administrative law, labour and employment law and intellectual property. He has been engaged in proceedings at various stages with progressively increasing responsibilities and has managed cases from initial legal research to conclusion. Purissima Wagaki

PURISSIMA WAMBUGU – ASSOCIATE

Purissima Wambugu is an Associate at O & M Law. Purissima specializes in dispute resolution and litigation and advises clients on a wide array of corporate & commercial matters.

She has considerable expertise in debt recovery claims, insurance claims, real estate and environment disputes. Mariah Muheirwe is an Associate with the firm practicing in the conveyancing and real estate department. Mariah focuses on the full range of services in this practice: the acquisition and disposal of commercial real estate and development projects, leases and sub-leases, advisory on structuring beneficial holdings, the permit and consent process related to the use of land and tax planning for real estate acquisitions and disposals.

Andrew Ndikimi

ANDREW NDIKIMI – SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Andrew has over ten (10) years post-admission experience. He has extensive experience and specialization in intellectual property matters, including but not limited to the local regimes and ARIPO and OAPI.

He has acted for and on behalf of international and foreign law firms based in inter alia South Africa, China, UAE, Netherlands, USA, Thailand, India etc in helping them with intellectual property law matters. He has also made numerous contributions and articles on intellectual property law.

Andrew is also the Client Choice Award 2019 Winner by Lexology, Intellectual Property Law, Copyright Category in Kenya. He has also handled numerous other briefs and transactions including mergers and acquisitions, joint venture agreements, commercial disputes, mixed-use developments, banking and finance, real estate matters and intellectual property law and intellectual property rights registrations, enforcement and dispute resolution.

CATHERINE KARIBA – ASSOCIATE

Catherine started her career with the firm in 2015, as a pupil and is now an Associate having risen through the firm’s ranks. A graduate of the well recognised University of Nairobi, she is highly knowledgeable and resourceful with key skills in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate Laws, Intellectual Property Law (trademarks, copyright, patents, etc.) and enforcement.

SUSAN AKORA – ASSOCIATE
