Agnes has built a reputation as a trusted advisor in real estate and securitisation matters as well as commercial law over the course of her career and has been the lead transactional lawyer in a number of high-profile real estate projects including residential, commercial and mixed-use developments in Kenya. She also has extensive experience in contract negotiation, transaction structuring and due diligence for complex projects and developments. She has guided a wide range of clients both domestic and international as well as private and institutional, through a wide range of commercial and real estate and securitisation transactions and has been engaged in transactions at various stages
